Like others have said, if I could give less than 1 star I would. I bought a flashlight and received it with no battery compartment to power it, I.E., no way to make it work. They said they would send me a new one after multiple email requests for service. Never received anything. I’m out $69.00. This company is crap. Do not do business with them. You will be 100% disappointed.

I bort two pairs of sunglasses, both broke in a couple of weeks 🙃 when I bort them. They say three years warranty. I try to email them. They answer my first email, and said they send me one pair. I waited months 😪 I went to the post office took the tracking number 😑 it was fake. I keep emailing them, but won't answer. I sent pictures of my broken sunglasses. They rip me off. Keep away from them. Someone should tell current affairs. Let the world 🌎 know. There probably $2.00 sunny. Stephanie Schurmann

Don't ever buy from this company as they con you.took my money no sunglasses have never arrived when they said they have.dont even believe they are a company stay well away from these people.

Bought sunglasses off this company in October 23. Glasses eventually arrived they lasted a week. Reflective coating fell off.been trying to get satisfaction since then it is now January 24. Would not go near this company again

Company sent item but didn't arrive. The customer service told me it landed in my country so its up to me to figure it out from there. Can't seem to tell me what delivery company has it, just that it's landed in Canada

If I could give a -1 I would. Terrible customer service. Product ordered in early October still not received. Australia Post tracking number invalid. Contacted the company. Generic response. "Keep watching your tracking". It has been sitting somewhere since 24/10/23. Have requested a refund multiple times but we have been ignored! Have contacted Shop app as well with no help from them either. Really disgusting service. Also of note there are no reviews on the company. I guess they get them removed so they can scam other peoples money also.

Have purchased from them before with no issues and been pleased with the products , most recent purchase " the ultimate survival shovel " is not as advertised , the item does not match the images or description . Contacted support 12 days ago now and told it had been passed over to " marketing " as yet no reply or solution offered . Be aware people of this company . Uses images of products then you receive well below standard item " the ultimate survival shovel " . Parts missing , not as shown or described .
