I ordered 700 pieces of chocolate hearts of mixed tin colours for my wedding and they arrived after 3 days, well packed and each bag has its own label stating the ingredients etc.. Well done TheSweetPot ! I would highly recommend !

Jag beställde Snickers och Kit-Kat från The Sweet Pot via Amazon. När leveransen kom fram var produkterna mycket nära sitt utgångsdatum, och chokladen hade redan börjat vitna – ett tydligt tecken på att den lagrats för länge.
Detta i sig var en besvikelse, men det verkliga problemet var att jag tvingades betala 175 kr i tullavgift – något som inte nämndes någonstans under köpprocessen. Hade jag vetat det, hade jag aldrig genomfört köpet – det blev betydligt dyrare än att köpa samma varor i Sverige.
Jag kontaktade The Sweet Pot och möttes av standardsvar och undvikanden. Först efter flera påtryckningar gick de med på att återbetala för de undermåliga varorna, men de vägrade ta ansvar för tullavgiften – trots att det är deras informationsplikt att nämna sådana avgifter.
För mig handlar det inte om pengarna, utan om principen. Som kund har jag rätt att få veta totalpriset innan jag trycker på ”köp”. Det här är vilseledande affärsmetoder, och jag vill därför varna andra – särskilt svenska kunder – för att handla från detta företag.

Jag ger 1 stjärna – och hade gärna gett noll om det varit möjligt.

I was very happy with my order from this company. I had checked their food hygiene rating online, which was the highest available. My order arrived quickly, well-packaged and undamaged.

Placed an Order at Noon on Thursday - Arrived Saturday morning. Have purchased from this Seller several times and never had any problems.

placed order ont he 30th nov had no order confirmation by 2nd dec sent email on 2nd dec 5th dec and 6th dec asking if order is processed and shipped as eta was 3-5 days , had no reply and phone isnt being answered but they took my money
will never use again and reported to trading standards

Bought $80 of items from this company via EBay that never arrived. I contacted them and followed their advice to check with the post office, got right back to them. They went silent until the end of the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee which appears to have been done on purpose and have not replied to any emails from myself or EBay. Effectively they stole $80 worth of my money. Do not shop with these people.

I won't be using this company again.
I thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt as checked reviews before hand. I placed an order on the 28th September. Given it was after midday I new that it would not be delievered by the 29th but I paid for parcelforce next day delievery 5.99£ which meant it should have been sent off on the 29th September meaning I'd recieve it on the 30th. As I wasn't given any tracking details I emailed to ask if my parcel was being delievered as it should be as I paid for next day delievery. They informed me that parcelforce was on strike so all orders would be delievered Monday 3rd Oct. I emailed back asking for a tracking code as even with parcelforce on strike on the Friday it should of still been in the system as it should of been sent on the Thursday. I got ignored anyways so this morning 3rd October I yet again asked for tracking as I purposely paid for next day delivery for 5.99 as that's what I wanted where I could have had it sent for free. Well anyways I recieve a email back stating it hasn't been sent by parcelforce but royalmail... I mean if you can't read a simple order then what is going on. So God knows if I will even recieve my item. And still I've been ignored when asking for a tracking number not once have they gave me a tracking number. I would avoid at all costs. If I do not get my delievery by the 6th I will be ringing my bank for fraud as I have the emails of when they ignored me and of the item itself. They've said they will refund me 5.99 for the parcel force but I doubt this will actually happen. I will wait to see if this is also reimbursed. But I will not be ordering ever again from this company.
