The class was so fun
The class was so fun. Can't believe we made 3 different desserts in 3 hours. I appreciated Valeria going through the science of the cooking, it helped me understand the process better. I never thought I could make such pretty macarons!

Val was a great teacher
Val was a great teacher. Her recipes were easy to understand and was also really tasty. Her macarons are by far my favorite! Definitely recommend her!

Absolutely loved the French baking class ! Val is an awesome teacher and she went through all the details (Big or small) and explained not only how to make beautiful macarons/choux, but also why these steps are important. It really helped me to understand why and potentially adapt recipes myself.Highly recommend this class to everyone!

Absolutely loved the baking class with Valeria ! I had a customised private class - choosing what I learnt to bake and I love that Valeria accommodated my interest. I learnt to make fingerellas, donuts , and cinnamon rolls - and they tasted amazing ! Picked up a few food science tips as well. And enjoyed Valeria’s company - thank you !

Valeria is such a great teacher and made us feel very welcome, we made beautiful (and delicious) Christmas yule logs. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon! :)

Wholesome baking class
What a fantastic, wholesome few hours spent with Valeria at The Sweet Bit. We had great fun baking lots of Christmas treats and learnt a lot, Valeria is such a wonderful teacher. I can’t wait to bake everything again for my family!

Fantastic class!!!
I had a baking class with Valeria and she is terrific. Her knowledge on ingredients and processes is amazing. She offered us a lot of tips to replicate the recipes at home. I totally suggest her class to learn and have fun.

French Patisserie with Valeria
This was my second lesson with Valeria, so I was feeling a bit more confident and I tried a lesson about French Patisserie and... wow!!! Valeria is welcoming and willing to share all her secrets to make a perfect dessert. The lesson was a bit challenging but always fun and engaging.
At the end of the lesson I really felt I mastered how to make Financiers, Eclairs and, my beloved, Macarons!
I actually tried two of the three recipes at home and they came out perfectly! Thank you Valeria!

Italian desserts at its best !!!
I spent an amazing afternoon baking with Valeria. Caprese Cake, Torta della nonna and Biscotti was the order of the day. Valeria's relaxed style of teaching and the ambience of her kitchen made the whole experience pleasant. My husband and I really enjoyed the cakes and biscuits. Fully recommend this course.

Easter Baking Class!
My kids absolutely loved this class with Valeria. The cakes we made were absolutely delicious and the biscuits were so fun to make. My daughter wants to do one every week! Thank you, it was a brilliant way to start our Easter Weekend.

Easter tart making class
I recently did the Easter tart making class with Valeria. I don’t have a vast knowledge of baking but enjoy understanding the different processes and the explanation of why certain techniques are used. Valeria was able to explain this to me and give alternatives.
This class would suit a range of abilities, as Valeria can guide you with the basics but also teach the finer technical details.

Highly recommend!
I had a brilliant time preparing a celebration cake with Valeria! Not only was I able to make something beautiful but tasted amazing. In addition to Valeria being easygoing, and truly open to sharing her knowledge I also loved her online set up which included a second camera focused on all the worktop/ hands' action. It really felt like having her in my kitchen!

The best cake I have ever baked!
This afternoon some work colleagues and I took a virtual class with Valeria arranged through Larks Live and she is a wonderful teacher! We make the most deliciously light, fluffy and rich chocolate Bundt cake and it is hands down one of the best bakes I have achieved. Thank you, Valeria! I'd love to book on to another of your classes soon :-)

I took a one on one class with the wonderful Valeria Suppa!! I love Christmas so I chose the "Christmas classics" class and I can only recomend! First of all, Valeria is a natural baker and food stylist; second her class was delightful, I loved her attention to detail and patience! :) I have just booked my second class to learn how to bake "Christmas edible gifts", which I am planning to bake for family & friends!
