Wish I had ordered elsewhere, definitely will next time
On 4 December I ordered a foil board with the usual accessories. SupCo delivered a board that was similar but not the one I ordered, and without any foot straps or foil fixings. After many emails I reluctantly agreed to keep the board for a discount, on condition that they would supply the missing foot straps and foil fixings. They sent three foot straps instead of the four needed, and an incomplete set of foil fixings. So at this point, after several weeks and many emails, I have the wrong board that I can’t fit a foil to with foot straps that only work when sailing in one direction! At no point have SupCo apologised for their errors or the amount of my time they have wasted, let along actually resolve the problems. I will of course take the matter further with SupCo, my credit card company and Trading Standards, until I get what I ordered and have paid for, but if SupCo were a good company interested in customer service and satisfaction, rather than just profit, I wouldn’t have to go through all this hassle. Good luck if you order from them, personally I never will again.
