This storage location is soooooo convenient! Had a unit with them in the past & NEVER had any problems so it was only right that I came back to this location.

I am writing to share my positive experience at The Storage Center at Capital Court in Baton Rouge. Ms. Dee has been exceptionally helpful, assisting me from my initial rental through my recent upgrade to a larger unit.
I am very pleased with the level of customer service at this location and highly recommend your services.

I am unhappy that the leak occurred and I lost valuable items. I would think that the Storage Center should consider a 24 hr. hotline. I appreciated the staff today and the ability to work thru the issues.

Mrs D at the Capital Court units was amazing! Very helpful and pleasant. She made this very easy for me being that this is my first time ever having to rent a storage unit. The place is very clean and safe.I recommend storage center on capital Court to everyone.

I specifically told the lady on the…
I specifically told the lady on the phone that I didn't want to start the rental until Friday and she processed it today which is Tuesday.
Her goal was to rent the unit today and obtain 3 extra days of rent from me.
I requested for someone to call me back asap or I would like to cancel the rental completely.
