once they have your money, they ghost you.

Ghosted. Promises made with no follow through. Buying the mattress was seamless n a nice experience thanks to Malik. As promised after a month if we weren’t happy we could exchange our mattress for another without cost . And so the process began for our exchange with Jerome. It’s been a very stressful n tiring experience. We’ve been ghosted. No one answers the phone and all promises have not been met. We have had to return to the store FOUR times to talk to Jerome face to face. More promises. To date promises of delivery have not been met. We are still waiting with no answers and no one picks up the phone so yet again we will have to physically go to the showroom to get an update from Jerome. Will it be another fake update? We are frustrated and tired. Face to face we get smiles apologies n promises, with NO FOLLOW THROUGH.
We do not recommend this location if you are shopping for a mattress with the full service they promise and you pay for choose another location. Once they have your money, any exchanges or refunds as promised is a time consuming and frustrating battle. Still no resolve here.

Had a very negative experience with…

Had a very negative experience with Sleep Loft. The company delivered the mattress weeks later than promised during purchase and didn't provide adequate customer support. I recommend you find another shop for your mattress needs.

I hope you do not try to return it

There is no one to speak with if you have a problem. They do not respond to emails and the salesman makes a mysterious call and then said no. I was no way informed my adjustable frame was non returnable I was told over and over that I could exchange or return anything by the salesman. There are no signs in the store about the return policy, which I finally did find online. Why would I have to look online to find their return policies in the store. I have never been left in such a black whole For a company trying to enhance the online retailer. They have dropped the ball. I should have bought online. I could have returned it if I wished to. My mistake Please read my Google review be
