Wrong item was sent. Chased the seller 3 times for a resolve and heard nothing. I returned the item and no refund was given. I had to claim the money back through my bank.

Ordered a silver bracelet for my daughter’s birthday. She wore it for 20 mins and decided it didn’t fit with her other jewelry. As it was within the 14 days return window I emailed them to ask if I needed a returns number. They said to return it in the box. We sent it next day, about two days later it was returned to us without a note or explanation. I assumed it was a mistake. No, when I messaged them they said it had been scratched and thus couldn’t be returned. I emailed them again explaining how little it had been worn and asking them to reconsider. But so far no response. Very poor customer service and will not be buying from them again. The product is either very poor quality if it gets scratched so easily or it was already scratched when they sent it. Either way just poor.
Was sent the wrong item, emailed them they said they had the correct one in stock and to return the wrong one, wouldn’t of had enough time to do this as it was for a gift so requested the £5 difference to be refunded to me (as the item I received was cheaper) was told he would refund, chased 3 times still nothing
Returned a bracelet as if was too small and had phoned to request a refund. This didn't seem to be an issue but I returned it on 5th Nov "signed for" delivery and still haven't received the refund (18th Nov). No response to email either. Recommend thst you avoid this company.
