Professional service / advice . Good
So far the newly fitted shower seal seems fine.
Time will tell .

Poor Service
Firstly I called the customer service to make sure I was getting the right part.
All was well at this point but then the trouble began. The seal was not delivered so I called the customer service again when I as informed it had been delivered but to the wrong address. When I asked what was going to be done about this I was told it was only up the road so just walk round and get it myself. I pointed out that we were in a pandemic and in lockdown the call ended with the operator hanging up on me!!
Luckily the occupier at the address was ok with me just calling round and collecting the part from them.
I then took the seal home to find that it would not fit the curve of the shower screen. I had already cut to length so will not be able to return. A definite thumbs down from me.

4-6mm Triple Fin Seal - (TF6)
The seal comes straight but easy to mold with hot water (remember to ware gloves). It fitted beautifully.

Was going to buy the replacement seal from the bathroom supplier, who was expensive and needed serial numbers to ensure correct item for the curved shower screen. Saw this online and the measurement instructions were easy to follow so got the correct item quickly. The fitting video was easy to follow so the seal was easy to fit, works well and looks tidy. Good value and service.
