Fantastic quality and truly amazing styling.. The fit is great and the styles comfortable to wear.. I especially like the ‘secret’ extras ie. Internal buttons to stop gaping at the bust and wides shaping at the bottom of front placket to ensure a seamless look..

I am delighted with my shirt, fabric quality is excellent, a good fit and sleeve length - highly reccomend!

Bought a denim shirt from them. Went by their sizing guide. It was too small. Want to exchange for larger size but only let me go soo far on their returns site. Have emailed but no-one gets back to me. Shirt was not cheap so am left with an item too tight.

There's something not sitting right with this site. Too many flags. I have made several attempts to purchase a shirt and something has gone wrong each time. They offer PayPal as an option but ask for card details. When I tried to pay through my card it wouldn't click through, which is probably a blessing. I have heard back from Fiona at customer service who tells me there is a 'glitch' but I'm not convinced. something not right, just think twice.

Beautiful shirt, arrived in 2 days. Read the reviews after I placed the order so was worried, but the shirt is lovely quality and is a great fit. Very happy.

Really bad quality of fabrics. Customer service doesn’t exist. They sent me a dress that is all stained and I need to handle the delivery for the refund myself, they don’t care. It’s not as professional company as they’re trying to show through the website, nice pictures etc. In general the prices are not low so one would expect the quality is decent

After using this company for a few sales my blouse didn’t look nice. I activated return and it refused order number this company does not have a phone line and to send them a message was near impossible their website would not go past the robot images tried at least 8 times . Luckily I still had a reply from them 4 years ago on the system so sent 5 messages finally got
Did you do this and this yes I did …..they do not answer anything . Shame as all previous orders I have loved this blouse had no shape …….still trying to get a reply day 4……My only thing is to report them to the credit card company and freeze the sale ….

I was disappointed with my shirt, white, size 12 enormous! So returned it at a cost of £4.69. Although I requested a refund, a size 8 pale blue was returned, but to an address I wasn't living in . A neighbour kept it until my return weeks later.
I emailed the company, as it is online, by law they should give refund. Consumer Contracts Regulations , as unable to try on before purchasing. I have emailed this information twice, but no reply.

I bought a shirt from this company the shirt arrived on time, the quality of the fabric and stitch is fantastic. I don’t know why they have so many bad reviews, before I bought my shirt I was in contact with customer service and they answered me in 24 hours and the service it was good they advised me with my size, I’m a size 14 and I will says they shirt are really a size 14 not like others companies that they said is size 14 and they are not. So far I have a good experience and I would purchase again from you, beautiful shirt and quality.

Fabulous quality shirts and I have ordered from many other specialist shirt designers but the design, quality and price do not compare. To be honest I cannot believe the negative reviews. I have made multiple purchases with this company with no issues and will no doubt make more....I highly recommend!

Asked for advice before buying a dress, no reply to emails sent. So purchased the dress anyway, it’s nice but completely see through-again tried to contact and absolutely nothing I’m glad I didn’t pay £150 for this dress!! You can send items back apparently but a month on and I’m still waiting for a reply. A joke company. Go somewhere else instead.

This is a very dishonest company!!! Do not waste your time buying from them- overpriced and not worth it! First they tell you you can return your item for an exchange, then the next thing you are told this is not possible after you have shipped your item and wasted so much money on shipment, then you get an email the confirmed exchange for your items were sold to someone else! Totally a scam!

Just made my f first purchase and am very happy came on time and had tracking very nice wrapping and good quality will shop again

Terrible, sent my package to the wrong address, homeowner brought it around to me two weeks later as they were on holiday. Driver falsified my signature.

Attempted to send my parcel back as I needed the suit for a wedding but had to purchase another one at short notice because of this mess up.

Company didn’t care or want to know and came up with some rubbish that the tags was not situated properly 😂.

Whole process was a joke and will not be purchasing ever again. Quick enough to take your money but when there is a problem they come up with pathetic excuses not to refund. I will say that the suit looked epic and wish I could of worn it.

The shirts speak for themselves. What more important to add is that they offer an Excellent Customer Service. Thanks, once more - Highly recommended!
