We have just had the most wonderful weekend away celebrating our 60th birthdays and 35th wedding anniversary with friends and family (20 of us).
Paul cooked for us on the Friday and Saturday evenings, and prepared breakfasts on the Saturday and Sunday mornings. From start to finish, the experience was fabulous, and very good value for money.
In the months leading up to the weekend, Kate was wonderful at keeping me updated (and calm!). I knew she was on top of everything.
The menus reflected the style of the weekend that we had discussed really well, with a ‘family dinner’ vibe on the Friday night and a more formal dinner on the Saturday. The food was spectacular - all of it - and was enjoyed by everyone.
Paul was joined by Suzie to help serve and clear up at each meal. She was perfect for the occasion - professional, efficient and very personable.
We would highly recommend Paul @ The Season Kitchen and will definitely be booking him again.

We asked Paul to cater for a joint 40th birthday meal at a country house with a lot of guests, and after laying out the challenge of a fair few allergies and preferences, he created a menu that ticked all the boxes and left everyone in adulation at the food they were served! We were stressed at bringing together two big families, but Paul brought an air of calm and proceeded to let us get ready without any worries. Such bliss! The meal itself was exceptional, with many commenting it was the best cheese soufflé, duck and cheesecake they'd ever had! The waiting staff were lovely, and the fact that the kitchen was immaculate after was the icing on the cake. A tough crowd of foodies who are used to 3-star michelin restaurants, and wow did Paul deliver.

Food was amazing, Paul is exceptionally personable and well suited to this style of personal service.

Paul is literally incredible , we booked a private dining event for my husband’s 60th birthday with our family. The whole experience was faultless. It was an easy process booking and deciding on the menu , Paul was so accommodating and made fantastic recommendations too.

The quality of his food was Michelin star standard , we had Beef Wellington as a main which was unbelievable . The flavours and attention to detail in every course were exceptional . The kitchen was totally immaculate when he left.

Paul is a true professional, a lovely, friendly guy who made us feel so relaxed and special.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone and we are all looking forward to the next time!

We couldn’t recommend Paul enough! We booked him for our Mum’s 60th Birthday for a private dining experience and it was absolutely amazing, His food was incredible and perfectly paired together for an exquisite three course dinner with the addition of delicious canapés! Not only was his food amazing but he was super friendly and made our evening so relaxed from the preparation to the clean up we didn’t have to lift a finger! We would 100% recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to book him in the future, we can’t wait to eat his food again.

I have and will always recommend this fantastic Chef (Paul) to all my Cotswolds visiting friends. Why? Three reasons. He served faultless, flavour-packed dishes that looked amazing and delighted the taste buds. He put in the effort to create a tailored dinner for a group of six foodies with a complex mix of dietary intolerances and an eye for detail, and each of us felt spoilt by every dish. He is backed up by Kate, who is reassuringly organised and communicative. An imperative when organising a once-in-a-lifetime dinner as I was. And on top of that, they are both lovely people who are passionate about what they do.

Paul cooked us an absolutely amazing meal for my fiancé’s 30th birthday meal. His presentation was great and the food tasted absolutely fantastic - the group can’t stop talking about how good it all was. He also left the kitchen absolutely spotless afterwards which is always a win! Booking process was very smooth and it was easy to choose a menu. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again if we return to the Cotswolds!

Season Kitchen did an incredible job catering my 40th birthday dinner for 19 people. We had canapes followed by a 4 course dinner. The food was sensational from start to finish. My guests raved about every course. Many commented that it was the most succulent and flavoursome chicken they had ever tasted, while the crab crostini and beetroot macarons were equally highly praised. Paul tailored the menu to my specific preferences and made further tweaks until it was my version of perfection! On the day, Paul and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had provided wine pairings and rather specific instructions to go with these. Every one was followed to the letter and the team couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Everything was very well organised and cleared up thoroughly at the end. I can’t recommend Season Kitchen highly enough and would happily ask them to cater any further events in the area.

We had a great dinner from Paul- presentation was absolutely beautiful, and he’d put a lot of thought into the combinations of flavours. Incredibly tasty!

Paul laid on a wonderful 3 course meal for a family gathering of 17, meeting all our requirements in terms of ages and dietary needs.
The process of booking and agreeing a suitable menu was very straight forward, Kate responded efficiently to all our questions resulting in a very smooth process.
Paul arrived promptly with all he needed and efficiently prepared the entire meal in what, to my mind, was a fairly basic kitchen. Presentation was top class, with a detailed explanation of the food he presented, including dietary variations.
Unobtrusively cleared up whilst we enjoyed the meal and left leaving a very contented group of diners. Already looking at rebooking.

It was an exceptional evening with Paul cooking for a 50th Birthday celebration for 9 guests. The whole process from enquiring to the end of the evening was seamless and stress-free. Paul caters the menu to the guests requirements, arrived on time and the food was exceptional, with perfect presentation. The courses came with a thorough explanation of where they came from and were fresh and flavourful, followed by Paul cleaning the entire kitchen. A great evening was had by all and we would all recommend Paul for any event.

We had the most incredible meal and experience. Every course was absolutely delicious. Paul has an amazing ability to make flavours work together. The food tasted amazing and looked stunning. To have such a wonderful experience at home was such a privilege and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you Paul, it is an evening and a taste sensation we will never forget.

What an amazing evening. Paul is an exceptional chef who wowed us with so many beautifully presented and delicious dishes. The quality of the seasonal produce was out of this world. We are already looking for another excuse to invite him back and will recommend him to everyone seeking the perfect evening with that personal touch.

Paul is a superb, culinary creative who produces sumptuous, seasonal dishes with care and flair.

He recently delighted us with six sensational courses for a special, family celebration. It was first class, absolutely delicious and all the more amazing as Paul is a solo operator. He is a great guy and a talented chef. We'll certainly involve him in future special occasions and recommend him to anyone looking for a special, private chef experience.
