This company has excellent customer service, communications and delivery service.I have paid for next day delivery and that Fed ex service has been excellent. I have purchased several hats and scarves from them now. Unfortunately a hat I purchased for my husband was too small, but the returns process is simple.
The hats do not loose their shape after being rolled up and wear very well. Highly recommend.
The only issue I have had is last year, I purchased a Panama hat decorated with a belt and the belt was not glued on well and I lost the belt. However I sewed some ribbon on.

Good service but watch out if you buy the Panama hat with the belt detail, it falls off because it’s not actually attached to the hat. It doesn’t take long to end up with no belt !
Have raised this with them so hopefully this will get rectified but watch out if ordering and check hat use before it’s too late to get a refund for a defective design.

I just wanted to leave a review to say that I’m delighted with my packable Panama hat from the Scarf Giraffe! I’ve just tested it at the Burghley horse trials & I think it’s amazing! I bought 2 pairs of kids gloves and they are lovely.
Great price as they were on sale but would have paid full price.
Ordered Friday morning and they were delivered on the Saturday afternoon at a reasonable delivery cost.
Packaged very nice with a little personal touch.

This was my first purchase but I will definitely return.

I bought 2 pashmina type scarves along with gift boxes and personalised messages for the intended recipients.

They were delivered very quickly in a sturdy box.

Each scarf was beautifully packaged in a gift box and the personalised message as requested was inside.They were also individually packaged in a plastic bag.

As I wanted to look at the scarves, this spoiled the pretty packaging. I therefore emailed Scarf Giraffe to ask if it would be possible to have more tissue and stickers. A prompt reply was received and the tissue and stickers were received a couple of days later.

Ordered a foldable summer trilby and flamingo scarf yesterday. Just received them now - beautifully wrapped and boxed. The hat is really nice quality and adjusts to fit my small head. It comes with a little bag that it can be folded into for travel, and instructions on the right way to fold. The scarf feels weighty and I love the colours and pattern. Thank you The Scarf Giraffe. Great sun hat, lots more choice on the website than most. The order was processed super quick for standard delivery and arrived well boxed (all paper/card packaging except tape). Very pleased with the hat choice, not too girly but nice quality detailing and arrived in great condition. Folding instructions in the box with the travel bag and the hat itself is adjustable so I have a perfect fit!

I was looking for a sun hat which would fit my small head as most adult sun hats are too big and children hats can look inappropriate for an adult. I found 2 children’s sun hats with this company which were perfect & a good price . Delivery was very quick & the hats perfect for me. Instructions were also included as to how to fold the hats & place them into the cotton bags provided. Would purchase again from this company.
