Love my new rug! I ordered a sample, which took several weeks to arrive, and then placed the order. It was about six weeks to receive my 9x12 rug, but it’s perfect. Colors match sample, packaging and... Se mere

I love the rug, but the color is much brighter than the other two I have purchased same style and design. I wanted to use all 3 rugs together but that will not be possible. Very disappointed.
I previously wrote a 1 star review because of the time it took to receive the rug. I am back to update my review to **5 STARS**!! My 9x12 rug was worth the wait! Though it took 4 months to make, it sh... Se mere

Fantastic experience and will be ordering again!
I am so happy with my rug! I was looking for ages for a rich, teal or turquoise wool area rug to go in my library. I ordered a sample from TRD first, so knew the color, weave, and materials I would be getting.
It took about 7 weeks to get my 6x9 foot rug, and when I inquired about the status around week 4, they answered promptly.
Fantastic experience and will be ordering again!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review!
We’re also glad the sample helped you feel confident in your choice and that our team could assist you along the way. Handmade rugs do take time, so we really appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the process.
Beautiful rugs
Beautiful rugs, this was my 3rd purchase from them and each time they delivered what was promised. They had just what I was looking for in color and style and I received it as they mentioned on the website. Will buy again from them as they have reasonable prices.

Thank you so much for your continued trust and support — it truly means a lot to us! We’re honored to be a part of your third purchase and are thrilled to hear that each experience has met your expectations.
High quality and beautiful
The rug is exactly as I ordered and is excellent quality. The rug shipped from India and took a couple weeks to arrive which is expected. My one quibble is the rug was folded for shipping and the crease is not relaxing as quickly as I would have preferred. Over all I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from Rug Decor again. They have an outstanding selection.

Processed the entire cost of the rug…
Processed the entire cost of the rug order to my card and never delivered. Ordered Jan 2 got refund in the past few days. You get no delivery info without pressing them then you get the run around while they’re using your money for their business in my experience.
Just received your reply. Too bad this site is worthless. Would you like to reveal our emails and timelines? So, then let’s focus on your complete lack of transparency with customers regarding their orders! Always stringing us along. The LAST one before YOU cancelled makes excuses because of INDIAN Holi festivities. B please.

Hi Sandra,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
As mentioned on our website, all of our rugs are handmade to order, with a production timeline of approximately 30–60 days. We cannot start making the rug until we receive the full payment.
These are crafted from scratch by artisans, which is why they require this lead time.
We had also shared the expected shipping timeline with you during the process. Your order was completed within this timeframe; however, we understand that you chose to cancel at that stage. The rug is currently ready with us.
We always strive to maintain transparency and keep our customers informed throughout the process. If there’s anything further we can do to assist or resolve this for you, please feel free to reach out to us directly—we’d be happy to help.
Best regards,
Team The Rug Decor

The product was horrible and didn't work at all, just left a mess on the floor. Threw it in the garbage.

We just wanted to check in and see if you’ve since received your rug. As our rugs are handmade to order, they do take some time to produce and deliver, but we always aim to keep everything on schedule.
Good product at fair price
Custom size allowed me to pick a size that fits my space. The color combination is right on to what was shown on the web site.
Fair price and rug appears to be good quality.

Color is not similar to online color. Quality is good and design is good but we picked it for the color which is materially different

Worth the Wait
While it took two months to receive our beautiful rug, Deepak at Rug Decor was very responsive when I reached out for a status update. The rug itself is stunning and well worth the wait. It's a slightly different color than pictured (it's hard to replicate color on screens), but we're very happy with it as it's gorgeous and goes well in our room. It is so soft under our toes and the quality is perfection.

I like rug we purchased
I like rug we purchased, and delivery was easy & fast. I did have to purchase a rug pad to go underneath the rug as it is quite thin (we placed on top of hardwood floor). If going on top of carpet, it may not be necessary.

beautiful rug. very high quality
Honored my discount code, shipping time and packaging excellent. Dimensions of custom rug perfect. Pattern beautiful. Only 4 stars because colors were much richer on the website than what we received.
