I spent $250 on dresses I needed for a specific weekend. I ordered three weeks in advanced just to give myself room if I didn’t like them/fit. Well two weeks pass and I never received a shipment email, I emailed and they never responded. Waited an additional week and received 1 dress. Emailed again and they send me a UPS link that’s blank!! I never received my other dresses, and they never kept me updated. It’s been 5 weeks and took my money and never gave me my dresses. SCAMMERS!!!

Seriously I an effing upset right now. i spent over $209 purchasing their dresses. Didn’t receive any of it.
They told me they shipped out one dress lol because they don’t have the other one in stock(well you should put out if stock then, so people won’t waste their money). I was going to wear them for a special event, now I have to change all my plan and schedule. This is disgusting.

This website is not legit. Worse customer service as well. They say they ship the order within 2-3 days but it’s a big lie. No phone number, no social media proof, nothing. Don’t waste your time waiting for something that will not arrive. They issued me a refund after one week of playing games with me. Such a waste of time.

Ordered from Boston about 4 weeks ago and haven’t received anything yet. Very disappointing and there’s no phone number to contact anyone. After reading these reviews I’m nervous that I won’t get my money back. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this store.

Wow terrible. There are no words for them. The quality and picture are 2 very different things.
Not letting me share a picture but the dress was shown as a pale pink with almost a mauve color on site. When I got the dress it was bubble gum pink way different from photo.

Site disappeared! No way to return, no contact... Im still waiting on one dress and already know that I dont want it,, the sizing is off now im stuck with 3 dresses that came out to over $130. I'm made and about to flag my paypal account...

I ordered a dress from this website and when I went back to try to track the order I have my order number in every day the whole entire website was completely gone.

Omg!!! I should of researched more when I found the dress and this website, I was thinking okey they are $100+ must be a decent site to shop, I can’t describe how much the dress didn’t look anything like it did one the site, on site it looked like an expensive dress and when I got it it looks like a $5 dress it’s terrible and so cheaply made. This site needs to be shut down pronto.

They are the worst. I brought two dresses from them and when I go back to the website it’s gone .

Horrible dress.
I was going to tailor it myself because it was too big and the front was NOT like what was shown on the website. Upon looking at the dress to start releasing seams, there are countless unfinished seams, threads coming undone everywhere. The dress is just waiting to fall apart.
Very cheap reconstructions of dresses from photos they steal from other boutiques and stores. Shipping sucks too. Don't buy.

Also. They manually approve reviews so they don't post bad reviews, never buy from rosedress.com.

I ordered a very pretty dress from this site. It did not fit right so I had to return it. You have to pay for your return and they don't even refund your money. I would not buy from them again. Don't waste your time.

Cheapest dress I've ever bought in my life. I literally payed 96 dollars for a dress that looks like it coat 15 bucks.. seriously beware this dress looked like it came from alibaba. Also I wrote a review on their website and they didn’t post it! Very deceiving company!! Never again

The Rose Dress requested for my honest opinion along with my dress I ordered three days ago. I do feel that they earned it and have decided to give them my support for doing a great job. I needed a dress real fast and the live chat agent guided me all the way through finding my style, color and size. From the narrowed down selection I purchased the one she recommended and I'm glad I asked for her opinion. I wore that lovely dress to my sister's engagement party and received so many compliments, and I'm thankful. The Rose Dress have fast delivery, good customer service and great dresses at great prices. I knew everything I wanted to know about the order process and didn't have any doubt about the delivery. It was stressful getting ready in a hurry but the dress from The Rose saved the day. Thanks again. I will be back.

I received my dress two days ago; along it a letter requesting that I make a feedback regarding their service and their dress. I didn't see any cause not to grant their request since they've been very wonderful. And giving my personal opinion is the least I can do to return the favor. With no hesitation, I can recommend this site to everyone looking for affordable dresses online. I can attest that this company is worth depending on. So far this is the only company I have done business with, since I started purchasing online, where I am at ease. From the moment I placed my order 'til I received my dress, I am able to acquire excellent assistance from their customer service. Not just that, the dress I received was worth it. It is exactly how it looks in its picture. Moreover, TheRose is very transparent, they regularly send me email update regarding the status of my order. This method of them helped well informed that I'll be getting my order at the desired date I requested. I have also remembered, TheRose had said in their letter that they're once a victim of hacking and that customer's credit card were used fraudulently and that they thank me for believing in them despite it. I say, no matter what, I stand by TheRoseDress. They are legit and honest company, I am the living proof to that. And I am glad that I have found them. I will definitely purchase my next dress from them.

I ordered a dress in January 2009, was told within 2 days that the dress was discontinued, requested a refund, was told the refund was being processed, and 6 weeks later, I have still not gotten a refund. I called the company after about 5 weeks, and after holding and redialing about 20 times, finally got a surly excuse for a customer service person to answer. He told me I had not waited long enough for a refund (5 weeks)! He blamed PayPal for the delay. This is the 2nd time I have had this type of experience with this company. I know the name is lame, but I have ordered and promptly received formalwear from this company with absolutely no problems, and the products and prices are great.
