Great service and price. When I bought a duplicate statue by mistake the exchange process was completely painless.

I had ordered this as a Christmas present and was worried it may be damaged in transit, but when it arrived it had been securely packaged and all was in order, thank you.

5 ⭐️ Service, would definitely recommend.

Beautifully packaged and sent priority so was received in time despite all the postal problems. A lovely selection to choose from. Very happy with the whole experience.

Helpful staff, efficient service send orders quickly

Always get great customer service from Riverside . We have a local gallery in our town but i always use Riverside .

Fantastic customer service with great communication. Artwork was delivered within the stated time and arrived well packaged and protected.
The whole experience was seamless and easy and I would highly recommend, great company to do business with.

I have bought 2 Doug Hyde paintings from Riverside Gallery, the quality and service was amazing both times. Staff actually get in touch with you and make sure you are happy with your order and no damages when received. I look forward to future purchases ❤️

Update! I have now 3 pieces and I’m just as happy as I was previously. I cannot recommend enough. Excellent service.

No hassle, fast, easy to order, exceptionally well packaged. I would definitely recommend to use this company to anyone in the future.

Fantastic customer service from Sean, Ben and the Riverside team. I bought 2 pictures one of which had to be exchanged due to no fault of the gallery itself. Good customer service is priceless, I wouldn't buy my Doug Hyde from anyone else.
Great job guys x

I’ve bought items from Riverside in the past and have always found them to be excellent. Communication and customer service is always fantastic and I would always buy from them due to this.

Exceptional service. This is the first time I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Riverside Gallery and the whole process has been a joy. Great communication, service and my artwork was packaged securely and delivered on time. Will be buying again in the future

Ordered...it was delivered quickly wrapped really well excellent transaction would definitely buy again

The art I ordered had to be sourced from the publisher, Sean told me this as soon as I had placed the order and asked if a I needed it by a specific date. I informed him I needed it for a birthday, I was kept updated throughout the process and the art arrived a few days before I needed it which was a relief! Great quality painting and frame too. Would just suggest allowing 3 weeks for it to arrive (rather than a last minute purchase).

I purchased a sculpture from Riverside Gallery, it arrived fast and well packaged, making sure it was intact. Good service, would use again.

Excellent service. Many thanks to Riverside Gallery. Received our picture in good time. Securely packed, framed and ready to hang. Many thanks.

I ordered a painting by Doug Hyde from the Riverside Galleries and found their service to be extremely efficient. The painting arrived on the date arranged and it was extremely well protected. I can recommend this gallery.
