This is my 5th purchase here

This is my 5th purchase here. The products I've gotten have been reliable and cost effective. The customer service is outstanding. I had some difficulty with set up. I brought my unit into the store and was shown a solution. Allways a good choice to purchase here.

The phone arrived on time. I like it. It came in good shape. transferring everything from my old phone took a long time. I had help at the Apple Store.

Excellent experience and product!

The laptop purchase process was very easy, and the product shipped right away. Upon receipt, I could turn it on and start working right away. The laptop was in great condition, as described, and I am very satisfied.

I don’t write reviews but …

Before I made a purchase I spoke directly to them by text and they answered all my questions. Several weeks later I made the purchase and it was shipped immediately. I don’t understand their gauge for condition because my less than perfect phone looks, feels and works just like new. I don’t feel obligated to write reviews but I was so impressed I felt that a review was appropriate. You can trust this company to perform far above expectation.

Awesome Business

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would and they deserve it. They bought a phone from me. The transaction went super smooth and I was paid the very same day my device was delivered to them. Mason, you guys rock man!

exceptional customer service

I had difficulty with updating the iPad without a PC and Nelson and the team at the refurbished apple store were exceptional with assisting with tips to try and also offered me a full refund minus shipping back to them which I did not mind paying. They get 5 stars from me for customer service.

Perfect

This would be my second purchase from “The Refurbished Apple Store” and I am absolutely pleased!! I bought an iMac and it is absolutely perfect, you honestly wouldn’t think that it was refurbished. It runs nice and smooth. I will definitely make some more future purchases from here.
