Really friendly customer service when I needed help, however I received my parcel a week after ordering, even after paying for next day delivery.

Great service, clunky website....
Currently the website is very clunky and not very smooth, you can navigate around but you need to wait to move onto each page. From a user perspective it is frustrating. That being said the service you offer, is really good, and i always come back to ref stop but please look into making the website a smoother experience

Maxine in customer support has been awesome! Super responsive and was able to fix my mistake in the delivery address. The items were delivered quickly. When I realised a wrong item was sent, Maxine was quick to fix the error.
