Great service, highly recommended.

I was looking for a rare vinyl that another online record stored failed to send me (not notifying me for a month that they did not have it in stock). I found it quickly and easily on The Record Hub and it was on my doorstep in 4 days. My flabbers were gasted!

Amazing to deal with. Had vinyl that I couldn't get elsewhere, and it's great to support an Irish business.

The customer service was amazing all around. The response was quick and sooo kind. I had an issue with the delivery (definitely the fault was of the courier who delivered the package and result to be broken), I was asking if there’s anything that could be done (the delivery was from Ireland to Italy, so not so obvious) and they answer back in 10 min sending a new vinyl even before saying anything else. I’m buying from them for sure in the future

As a new customer I have been completely satisfied and pleased with the great service that I have had. Very prompt delivery with my orders usually arriving within one or two days to Wexford. The protective cardboard packaging is the best that I have come across. Great selection across all genres. I did receive one item that wasn't up to scratch(no pun) through no fault of The Record Hub, and because a replacement wasn't available I was offered a credit for a replacement, which I consider as great customer service. So, a well deserved five stars for The Record Hub. I thoroughly recommend this business as your local online record shop.

Si bien es cierto que los gastos de envío son elevados, si haces un pedido grande compensa, ya que muchos vinilos son más baratos que en España y hay exclusivos y ediciones especiales.
El envío fue rápido, y el paquete venía correctamente protegido.

Delayed preordered albums, very difficult to acquire were tracked and monitored by Helen and constant communication updates were sent and eventually delivered. Some of the best customer service I have ever received, highly recommended.

LPs that I couldn't locate anywhere else.

This was my first experience of using TRH and it was a good one. I need somewhere to get records now that the last remaining record shop where I live has closed. I ordered a couple of Beatles records and they arrived in solid packaging a couple of days later.

I have since compared the prices to record shops in Dublin, and TRH prices were a few euro cheaper. So I reckon I've found my new place to go for buying records.

Great products and well packaged

Always an excellent service.

Ordered the Kneecap / Sub Focus 7 inch. Packaged in an envelope which was way to big. As a result the 7 inch could float inside the package and caused seem splits in not only the plastic sleeve, but also in the cardboard sleeve. Notified them, and proposed to send a replacement, and package it it differently. Smaller envelope, vinyl outside the sleeves.

What did they do. They sent the replacement exactly the same as the first. Resulting of course in another damaged product.

Extremely disappointed. I still haven't received my order after 16 business days yet! Even though the website claims a 10-14 day delivery window. Poor communication and slow service. I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it would take this long. 1 star.

Havent stopped purchasing from this company great cardboard sleeve great afterpurchase service with issues if they arise brilliant wanting the new releases to pop uo faster as i would give them more business
