Well, what can I say other than THANK YOU to Clare and The Process Experts for a BRILLIANT job. I've just got my property back today thanks to Clare. To anyone trying to regain possession of a property, DO NOT try to D.I.Y it. Possession proceedings are a minefield and your DIY attempt is likely to get thrown out by a judge on a technicality or procedural error. These days you really do need the services of an eviction specialist and I have only the highest praise for The Process Experts. As for solicitors, many of them lack the requisite experience in regaining possession of a property whereas for eviction specialists like The Process Experts, this is their bread and butter. Plus they're far most cost-effective than using a solicitor (who'll probably mess it up anyway).

Honestly, I can't speak highly enough of this father daughter team!!! Between them they guided me at every twist and turn through the very difficult process of evicting a troublesome tenant. They were extremely reasonably priced and gave me so much of their time whether through emails and phone calls and didn't charge me anything extra than their standard "bundle" price. They take huge professional pride in their work and as such wouldn't accept any additional payments from me even when I offered!? Amazing that good people like these exist in this day and age really. they restored my faith in human nature.
