Charlie is an absolute gem, Like most people i wanted to get the best option for my family, the coverage and price. But my time was limited when it came to speaking to Charlie and the team, But true to form Charlie contacted me every so often letting me know he was there and offering time (Even in his personal time) So i could have a chat with him regarding it all. We finally carved out some time and he walked me through everything including the negatives if you paid less etc. Even after picking and accepting everything, The aftercare/Customer Service is 5*. It has been god knows how long since someone has given me hope that a company actually cares about their customers. If you honesty and someone you can trust...Get in touch with this company.

Charlie whom I dealt with, was absolutely brilliant. For someone such as myself, who had zero knowledge about health insurance, Charlie took the time, effort and had the patience, to find me the best possible deal/option’s available for my requirements. Would definitely recommend the Private Health People. They found me much better cover for less money than I was paying before and made the process so simple.
