Olly spoke to both myself and partner professionally and was able to mitigate any concerns that we may have. He even took the extra step to inform us that due to it being my partner birthday there was a change in premium price showing that he willing to go the extra mile to ensure his

Oli was very thorough but friendly in our dealings with him. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for in a health provider, and saved us a significant sum in proposing a new provider.
He was very diligent in following up when he said he would, and in ensuring we understood the levels of cover he was proposing. Overall an efficient, friendly, personalised and value for money experience!
