The job was a new water tank in the loft. Rob came and explained the work involved. The quote was competitive and would be a two man job, the guys turned up on time and did a really neat job, even the string holding the lagging was precise! Rob was polite, professional, the workmanship was top notch. Really pleased.

Excellent, timely and professional job
Rob provided a quote, arranged for the work to be done within a week, arrived on time, and completed the work which solved the issue I was having. He then cleaned up the area he was working in afterwards. I’m very happy with the work and would be happy to use the company again

Great company to work with
Rob and team were great to work with. They updated one of our bathrooms and everything went according to plan and schedule. Time was a critical factor as we wanted to renovate before we moved in. Rob made sure everything was done on time. Friendly and professional with can-do attitude. Would work with them again.

Rob provided an informed and well costed quote, and then delivered a brilliant job. Exactly as we wanted, even when they had to drop pipes to accommodate the low threshold shower tray. Bathroom looks great and you would never know we used to have a bath. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service
Rob was recommended to me and I’m very pleased I took the recommendation. I had a fault with a hot water tank and he not only diagnosed and fixed the problem but he also greatly improved the fixings and the pipework. It was all completed in a very quick timeframe, all cleared up afterwards too. Thank you so much!

Fast, professional help in an emergency

Brilliant experience
Highly recommend Rob he did a brilliant job with both our bathroom and replacing our kitchen tap. Everything was done to a really high standard, all the sealing was so tidy and he even built our flat packed vanity unit for us which wasn’t as easy as first thought. He was always on time, communication was great and he was really friendly too. Will definitely get him back.

Professional, Friendly, Reliable, Dependable
Robert was polite, professional, diligent, and caring. He came to fit a bidet for my elderly mum. He showed up on time to take to assess, then made a second appearance once we'd purchased the bidet, and showed up on time on the day of the installation, did a terrific job with a challenging workspace and cleaned up after himself. I'd have no reservation in hiring him again for our plumbing needs.
