Test was OK but too long
Didn’t like I had to take the test to get the price. The price should’ve been upfront.

Do not try this
Do not try this. Says it only cost a £1 then you end up paying £39-95 a month without any warning, and is virtually impossible to cancel.

I hate they offer tests, then want to charge you for the report. I dont like that the report isn't easy to find or open and it seems that they always want something else that will require money or a subscription.

Curious about outcomes
This is not a bad experience per se, but the financial aspect could be more clearly defined. I haven't had a chance to read the assessment so it's a bit odd to be asked how I rate the site experience. I'm trying to determine if I've signed up for something.
That being said, I have an appointment coming up and I think the summary of all these points in a single assessment is valuable. I know it will help me in my conversation with my provider.
