We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Very happy!
I was served by a sweetheart called Elly. She helped me pick 2 lovely fragrances and I left the shop very satisfied! I also asked to smell a lot of different scents and she was super helpful.

Excellent service from the Perfume shop York
We were on holiday in York and we wanted a perfume that none of the shops seem to have however the Perfume shop in the city centre, had some but the incorrect size to what we wanted but the the 2 girls serving us arranged for the correct size to be ordered to our home address and also managed to give us a small discount. They really went out of their way to help us, whereas no other shop even suggested it and it arrived within 3 days.

Outstanding service from Ciaron in York
Ciaron is a credit to your York establishment. What a friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable young man. I'd already purchased an EDT elsewhere but Ciaron provided me with the same product (plus an additional item in a gift set) for half ghe price I originally paid at your competitor. I purchased 2 from Ciaron and took my other product back 😊.
If I could give Ciaron 6 stars, it still wouldn't be enough. Thank you.
