Rude security. I didnt get his name but he was a mature black man. He had an African accent. Possibility Nigerian or Ghanaian. Perhaps you choose better when hiring security staff! Being rude to customers for no reason isn't in the job description. Incident happened on 15/04/25 at 8.30pm.

I visited 10/04/25 after 7 pm. Unfortunately I had very waste experience. The sales person were busy about their own conversation. They’re very reluctant to serve the customer. One of them really rude when I asked her name she said I am not allowed to give my name.

I'm very happy with the customer service and overall experience yesterday whilst purchasing 'Miss Dior'. Kay was very pleasant and assisted me and also gave me without asking multiple testers. This was at Westfield Stratford !!!

The guy Moodi or Madi sorry for misspelling, was very kind and patience with me to choose my perfume . I’m regular customer and honestly I bought lot of perfumes from this shop but he was the only one who really care for customers. In the shop was other 2 lady’s , not even hello , or thank you or bye .. very rude from them ! But the guy was absolutely very nice 😊.

Absolutely shocking customer service from Vicky in the Westfield Stratford branch. I asked for the free gift with purchase for Dior which I am fully aware has been released after confirmation from the perfume shop app and managers for 2 other stores as well as working for the company myself and selling a few of these myself. However i was waiting for a sale to come before purchasing. Today was a flash 20% off sale so i decided to buy it today. Was served by a really sweet girl who tried to help me, however Vicky interfered saying im apparently not allowed the free gift, first her excuse was it is only for selected Dior perfume collections which i know is false - it is for any ladies Dior perfume for 50ml and over. Her next excuse was it is not on the website as 'free gift with purchase' which i was able to prove wrong too by showing her my basket on the app. Her final excuse was it is for mothers day - again false, as it has been advertised in several other stores already and online. I decided to go to the other Westfield branch and the girl was again so sweet and helped me straight away and had no issues scanning the free gift. However VICKY on the other hand straight away tried to find any excuse to make my experience difficult - so rude and unhelpful. I went back to her store to explain that it worked in the other store as she had previously embarrassed me and when I politely explained the situation she just shrugged her shoulders - absolutely no apology for her mistake or anything. I completely understand everyone makes mistakes, but her attitude was disgusting, so unhelpful and when she got proved wrong she was again very rude and sly, was not willing to apologise and shrugged her shoulders. What sort of manager and example is this to the rest of the team? Fix your attitude Vicky.

I was shopping around checking for perfumes to buy I was helped by Lyla from the Stratford Westfield branch she was amazing so patient with me allowing me to see different perfumes giving me good advice very well spoken can’t speak highly enough about her and wish her all the best it was a good day overall.
