RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER!
The very fat woman who I believe is the manager is extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL towards customers and towards her staff! I told her what my budget was and she started showing me expensive perfumes. When I told her what she was showing to me was too expensive she made the face! Also she told off a staff member in front of me which I find UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE! Another day I visited the store with my friend. My friend had a click&collect. The manager served my friend and she said to my friend she could give to her a refund for the order. She also said to my friend that she could buy again the same perfume in her store and she was going to receive a gift. She showed to my friend few gifts and when my friend said she did not like them the manager made the face and walked off. She basically begs customers to buy in her store rather than buy online. Also telling off your staff in front of customers is horrible! She should tell her staff off privately, not in front of customers. I really can't believe a person like her can be a manager! One more thing: the manager should brush her teeth as her breath stinks!!!!

Extremely disrespectful towards staff.
Elena’s service is appalling and she is so disrespectful and VERY rude to staff members.
A member of staff was serving me, she was so polite and was helping me a lot. Then elena intervened and was telling off her staff member in front of me for spraying perfume on a card incorrectly? how is that possible? she snatched the bottle off her and showed her the “correct way” to spray perfume on a card. There was absolutely no need for that. Belittling your staff members is horrid.
She needs to sort her attitude out and stop treating her staff members this way, it’s awful.

RUDE MANAGER!!!!!!!
The fat woman with the fringe who I believe is the manager is absolutely horrible. Her attitude stinks just like her breath.
I came in to look for a gift and she was being extremely pushy when I made her aware of my budget, and when I told her that it was over my budget she looked at me and rolled her eyes and turned away which i found extremely unprofessional and rude. You’re a manager, act like one and set an example to your staff and be professional it’s not hard.

Today I visited your store in Watford and I received a lot of help and a superb customer service from Lina. As soon as I entered your store Lina gave to me a warm welcome.
