Very friendly staff, Abi in particular was very knowledgeable and found me the perfect scent which I love. Highly recommend.

I visited the Warrington store yesterday to treat myself to a new fragrance, although I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. I was greeted by Abi, who was friendly, attentive and took the time to understand the types of scents I like. She quickly suggested a selection of perfumes that were exactly what I was after.

I'm absolutely delighted with my new purchase and really appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you, Abi, for making the experience so enjoyable!

The service by Elle was really great. She was very patient and explained things very well. I always come here and would come again. Very good service.

I had such a lovely experience in store today thanks to Abi Shaw. From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and really easy to talk to. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave great recommendations without making us feel rushed or pressured.

Abi is clearly really knowledgeable about the products and helped us find scents that suited us perfectly. She made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable, which honestly makes such a difference when shopping.

Visited the Warrington store today with my fiancé to pick out the scents for our wedding in 6 weeks. We were greeted by Loren who was amazing in helping us, although I already knew the perfume I wanted my partner didn't. Loren went though all different alternatives with him and then suggested Tom Ford which was completely different to the other scents he had tried and loved it. Thank you so much for all your help.

I had such a good shopping experience today with Aaliyah. I needed a perfume gift set for my mums birthday on a budget & she managed to find a lot of cute things and put things together for me to make it look more than what it is. I was so grateful and left a happy, she was so sweet and polite

Went into the shop to look for aftershave for my husband didnt have a clue, Loren gave me lots of samples to smell and gave me lots of recommendations. I bought an aftershave and then the gift wrap was amazing too. Great service from start to finish definetly will be returning

I absolutely love coming to this perfume shop! Loren and the rest of the team at Warrington Mall are honestly incredible. They always go above and beyond with their expert advice, outstanding customer service, and endless patience while I take forever trying to decide! Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and they always make the whole experience so enjoyable and welcoming. I always leave with the perfect fragrance and a smile on my face. I couldn't recommend Loren and the team highly enough!

Only ever shop at The Perfume Shop in Warrington for my fragrances, the team there are fantastic. Loren has helped my partner and myself countless times to find just the right fragrance for our needs and always makes us feel welcome. She goes off of fragrances we love and offers a selection based on similar notes and she nails it every time!
