Went to get a last minute birthday fragrance from their Walthamstow branch. The assistances were all very helpful and friendly even thought it was a bit busy they were pleasantly trying to be helpful to each customer. I was assisted by Trish who was so nice and helpful she was just great. She help me chose the fragrance which my daughter really loves and even nicely wrap it up for her. Staff is very good they dealing calmly with respect

This was definitely one of the greatest experiences i’ve had in a perfume shop, usually staff are very rushed on their feet or get quite irritable if wanting to try different perfumes but thanks to Tali she made this experience great, I was very very indecisive with what I wanted but she continually reassured me, let me smell the perfume I wanted however many times I needed and was very patient, that even after my purchase I came back to exchange as I done my research and found a better result I liked, I ended leaving with two perfumes instead of one due to her amazing sales skills and her bright energy. Absolutely lovely worker Tali was hope she goes far in life x
