I found the staff rude
Delivery to the shop was quick but when I went to collect it and had forgotten my id I found the staff rude. I actually at one point said cancel the order then. It was a 60 mile round trip to collect the perfume.Won’t shop The Perfume Shop in Union Square Aberdeen again. Your staff need training in how to treat your customers.

Hello Jackie,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, this is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after such a long trip.
Please be assured that we will raise this with our area managers so we can review and improve staff training. We’re always here to listen and learn from feedback like yours to make sure every customer feels welcomed and respected.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Warm regards,
Jasmyn
