Went in for a very last minute birthday gift. Was very helpful, showed us similar smells too and prices were very clear. Emma served us and even gift wrapped our purchase.

Emma was so brilliant at helping with a perfume I needed for birthday even answering all the questions and gave honest answers on which perfume was more the better choice. Went above and beyond with wrapping the perfume up as well. Fantastic service from all the team as well.

The women who served us was so friendly & helpful. I didn’t have a big budget so she took the time to show me cheaper alternatives to the more expensive perfumes I normally like. Fab service.

The staff are always happy to help go out of the way for you and get u what you want always happy yo help always feel comfortable in there staff always happy and have a lot of time for you xx

Me & My partner both went to the Perfume Shop today in Telford as we wanted to test some new perfume scents as we had gotten used to our usual scents, so wanted to try something new. Andrea went above and beyond in store to help us decide on a perfume for both of us - advising us of prices and also giving us the opportunity to smell each of the perfumes individually. She was a great help and we both left with a perfume we loved. Just wanted to say a special thank you to Andrea for doing a great job!

Great service, Andrea was so helpful providing a free gift with the aftershave and the offer of wrapping with your own printed ribbon where you can have detail on the ribbon for the person receiving the gift. Both ladies in the shop were extremely helpful. Will be back.
