This is my first ever purchase of Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Elixir. I, am absolutely loving this perfume. It starts off in what I, call the warming up stage it starts off nice and sweet. Then I start getting spicy notes from it and lastly towards the end I, feel it becomes sweet spicy and aromatic. Also I, like that this perfume isn't over and done with 30-60 minutes after I apply it to my skin it really lasts a very long time on me I will definitely keep purchasing this from now on absolutely a fan of le male elixir.

I loved the enthusiasm and patience of the staff that attended to me. His name is Kieran, he was quite patient with me, seemed to know exactly what I was looking for, and was ready to help. I left the shop happy with my purchase.

I found a niche fragrance on your website, which your friendly and helpful staff ordered for me and was delivered to your shop for me to collect. The whole process went extremely well, with no problems to report.

The only constructive criticism I have is that I had wished to purchase a second niche fragrance, but as it did not appear in a book the staff referenced, I was told it is not available to buy. I found this rather odd as I'd seen it on your website alongside the fragrance I was able to buy. I didn't argue and accepted it wasn't available.
However, a few days later, when collecting the fragrance I was able to buy, I showed your staff the fragrance I had also wanted (I brought up your website on my phone) and it was confirmed that yes, it had been available all along. For some reason it wasn't in the paper book originally checked for availability, but was on an electronic reference. This was rather disappointing!!
I was told you're branching out from selling almost exclusively designer fragrances, and you're making niche fragrances available too, albiet not in store but on line only!! This is a very clever move, and I wish you much success with this! I would love to see a niche fragrance section within your store, as this would open a whole new world of fantastic fragrances to your customer Base.

I was served today by Kieren who works In the Swansea branch in the Quadrant. Keiren was very observant when I described what type of notes suit myself and gave me multiple options on what could potentially suit, I had never heard of Azzaro Forever Wanted but Keiren made an excellent choice suggesting it, it smelt amazing and suited my skin, also not something I would have thought to buy, but it was perfect, so I purchased it. Keiren was very friendly and made my experience very easy by going that extra mile. I would definitely return, great service.

The gentleman in the Swansea store was incredible!! I went in on a whim for a wedding perfume and found it within minutes, he worked within my budget was very kind and understood exactly what I needed! I'm gutted I didn't get his name but he had long hair and glasses and is an absolute credit to your company please pass on my feedback

I have just had to return some items to the Quadrant store in Swansea and the return was quite complicated due to various reasons. I was served by the Manager (Jane) and she was simply amazing. She really went above and beyond and I cannot recommend the store or her enough. Customer satisfaction was foremost at all times and I just wish I could give 10 stars!! Thank you Jane

The aftershave I bought for my husband was great. It was available on your website, competitively priced. So I bought it immediately. The order process was easy and the delivery was super fast and impressive as it is Christmas and the mail service is overwhelmed.
I wanted to buy myself some perfume which sadly was not available with you on line. A couple of days later I returned to your website to see if you now had stock of this perfume. You did not. However I was shocked to see that you have now repriced this item by a £ 30.00 increase. I will now purchase this item elsewhere as it is available and I do not think it is fair trading practice to increase your prices by 30 percent on an item within a two day time frame.
