Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Sarah and Julia were absolutely wonderful. I visited them a few months ago, and the service they provided was truly exceptional. I don’t often leave reviews, but their warmth, expertise, and attention to detail genuinely deserve recognition. They offered thoughtful advice and guided me in selecting perfumes suited to a range of age groups—each one carefully chosen and well-matched. I’ll certainly be returning. Thank you both for such a delightful experience!

Excellent customer service received from Aaron, really happy with our shopping experience in Peterborough queen's gate store, Aaron is very polite, friendly and helpful choosing us the gift perfumes. I placed online order for standard delivery which was 3 to 5 days. Order was placed on 13th feb, got it delivered on 14th. Fabulous.

I absolutely loved my experience in there!! I had a lady named Stacey and she was amazing!! She was so helpful and so thoughtful. I went in there indecisive and she gave me a choice and I came out with a scent I couldn’t love more! She also gave me some testers which I thought was so lovely of her. I left the shop very very happy. I recommend you go to her if you ever go in there🥰
