Naila was super helpful. Let me smell various different aftershaves before deciding. She didn't steer me towards the more expensive brands and picked a variety of budgets.

Excellent service from the team but Chloe going the extra mile. Can honestly say she was an "expert" with great knowledge and superior engagement skills vs the competition and a real asset to the team.
Ended up buying 5 bottles of good stuff, a well stocked and displayed store, exceptional staff engagement from the team and pro selling skills witnessed from all colleagues to maximise sales.
Getting the balance 100% with enfagement and a bit of fun thrown in to deliver a great service experience ...well done, great store, great team but special praise to Chloe for being

Pleasant experience
Had a pleasant experience as I always do in the perfume shop. Chloe served me as I was looking for a xmas present for my husband and she could not have been more helpful along with being pleasant and friendly. I couldn't decide and she was so patient with me as well. Look forward to my next visit in store.
