Amazing staff could not be more helpful very hard to come across helpful present staff well done to the lovely ladies in the Omni amazing personal service give Gina a bonus

I visited the Santry branch today to purchase my fragrance. Elaine was an absolute joy of a person to deal with. Such a great sense of humor, told me all of the offers available, and recommended the new Prada Paradigme to me. I always get the Luna Rosa black, but she let me sample the new one and she was so spot on! And to top it off, she gave me a nice little Prada travel bag. I manage a big team in customer service myself and to see how good her service is was very refreshing. I can't commend her enough, you have a great member of staff!

The two ladies in the omni store were absolutely amazing to myself and my brother, best customer experience I’ve had in a long time

Great customer service, Elaine helped alot.

I stopped by the perfume shop today to buy a birthday gift for my mam and I cannot rate Gina and Joan highly enough. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles and jokes.
Both women went above and beyond helping me to decide which perfume was most suitable. All the extras with the gift wrapping were so thoughtful and the attention to detail with everything was really appreciated. My mam loved it.
The interaction honestly lifted my spirits. In this day and age that’s rare to come by. I really appreciate both of your help today. Thanks so much

Joan and Gina were so helpful and made the experience better

I was recently helped by Elaine and Caroline, and they were absolutely fantastic. Very polite, friendly, and professional — they made the whole experience fun and welcoming, without any prejudice. Truly excellent service!

Elaine and Caroline were wonderful! I came with a friend just to try a perfume he was looking for and I couldn’t resist and bought one as well. Definitely we’ll come back 😍
