Tamzeen offered excellent customer service when I wanted to smell a range of perfumes and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up making a purchase and it was on offer too so I was very pleased with The Perfume Shop overall and would return in the future.

I have been served by Sana several times, and each experience has been wonderful. She has helped and advised me on different perfumes with great knowledge and care. She is always polite, kind, and very friendly. Every time I visit, she maintains such a positive attitude toward me and other customers. I have felt comfortable and confident while speaking to Sana. She truly provides some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I highly recommend her and sincerely appreciate her assistance. She is Gorgeous always has such a big smile on and always happy.

One star is far too generous for this…
One star is far too generous for this company…Promises not kept and zero response to emails. The Perfume Shop failed to follow through on what they said they would do, and customer service simply ignored my messages. Very disappointing experience.
I have emailed customer service numerous times and promised on multiple occasions that they would re issue or refund the gift card
complaint regarding the £50.00 gift card that was refused at your Crystal Peaks store on 18/09/2025.
Following this incident, I have exchanged several emails with your Customer Service team. In those communications, I was assured that the gift card would be honoured. However, despite these promises, I have not received a replacement card, refund, or any confirmation that the matter has been resolved.
My subsequent emails requesting an update have not been properly addressed. The only response I have received is that the matter is being looked into, with no clear timeframe or outcome provided.
As previously stated, I was also advised at your Meadowhall branch in late 2024 that there was no expiry date on the gift cards. Furthermore, neither the card nor the receipt shows any expiry date.
This matter has now been ongoing for some time, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of progress and communication. I
