My experience in the Perfume Shop was amazing thanks to the very helpful member of staff Lauren! She was friendly and helped me pick out an aftershave for myself and also helped me to pick out a perfume for my partner by chatting to me about the kind of perfumes my partner likes and suggesting a wide range of perfumes that fit the description of the kind of product I was looking for! The perfume I purchased was amazing and my girlfriend absolutely loved it! Thank you again Lauren!

Honestly Dylan's patience with me was fantastic. I am incredibly fussy with perfume and he took the time to search with me for the perfect scent. I finally managed to buy a product outside of my usual tried and tested and I am OBSESSED. Thank you so much Dylan, you really know your stuff!

Excellent price and free delivery
Ordered a perfume in the Bridgend store for delivery, the girl that did the order for me explained everything and was great. Unbelievably, the delivery was free and it actually came in the afternoon of the following day. I even had a discount with my card off an already reduced perfume. Couldn’t ask for more.

Very disappointed in the poor service
Very disappointed in the poor service. Asked about gift wrapping but was ignored and both the women were side eyeing eachother. We asked about the personalised ribbon as a Christmas gift and was ignored and then told we weren’t allowed to use it. Very awkward and unpleasant woman with dark hair couldn’t be bothered to help us with the gift wrap. Made us feel like returning the gift. Visited at 6:30pm.
