Free gift non existent
I recently ordered a perfume online from this shop, mainly because it was advertised as coming with a free travel bag that would be automatically added to the basket.
However, when I went to collect my order from the Luton Mall store, I was told that there was no free bag available. I then contacted customer support, but unfortunately the issue wasn’t resolved.
I don't want to sound petty, but more something for others to be aware of. The offer was a key factor in my decision to purchase, so it was disappointing that it wasn’t honoured or clarified at the point of collection.
Overall just worth double-checking promotional offers before relying on them.

Hello Gelu,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience.
I completely understand your disappointment, especially as the free gift was an important part of your decision to purchase, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
I have looked into this for you and, as a gesture of goodwill, I have applied 100 reward points to your account. Please allow up to 72 hours for these to appear.
I’m very sorry that this wasn’t handled as expected on this occasion, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,
Jasmyn

Left the shop with a smile thanks to Alex
I had a really great experience in the shop, and I want to give special thanks to Alex for his excellent service. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. He took the time to help me with everything I needed and did it with such a positive attitude. It’s rare to come across customer service this good, and he truly made my day. Alex is an absolute credit to the shop!
