Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. I had an excellent experience at the Perfume Shop thanks to Brianna (Highcross store). I came into the store feeling quite stressed after having some negative experiences in other shops, where I felt I hadn't been treated very well. Brianna took the time to listen to me, understand my concerns, and made me feel valued as a customer.
She was incredibly understanding, patient, and accommodating throughout my visit. Her knowledge and advice were outstanding, and she helped me make the right choice without any pressure. What really stood out was her genuine kindness and professionalism, which completely turned my day around.
Customer service like this is rare, and Brianna is a real credit to the Perfume Shop. I left feeling happy, appreciated, and confident in my purchase. Thank you, Brianna, for providing such a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this store based on the excellent service I received.
