Brilliant Manager at Edware.
I ordered 2 aftershaves instead of one. I went into my local perfume shop and explained the situation to the manger Ms Rasini. She was fantastic in her response. She sorted out the problem without me even being in the shop. I can only wish that all other retailers were as helpful as her. I will be back again for all the family perfume needs. Please thank the manager Rasini for her professional and caring approach. Kind regards Andrew.

Just had the best experience with Naeema at the Perfume Shop at Superdrug in Edgware, this is a reminder why online shopping sucks!
When you meet a friendly, bubbly, courteous and genuinely nice person like Naeema, you know there is still hope for humanity…
