Great service and knowledge
I popped into the Dunfermline shop undecided on which perfume I wanted.
John the staff member was exceptionally helpful and his knowledge of each perfume was unbelievable.
He even wrote the name of each perfume on the test card. I bought a new perfume to me and was delighted as it was on offer and my birthday so I got a gift too.
Cannot recommend John highly enough.
Great service, great perfumes and even better prices.

Excellent service from Claire and John!
Me and my partner were served by Claire and John today. Was refreshing to be served by staff who were just genuinely nice and polite and wanted to help (considering I wanted to smell 101 different aftershaves, it was no hassle at all to them). Although I may have found the aftershave I bought slightly cheaper elsewhere, their help and customer service alone made me want to buy aftershaves from their store that day. Thank you again! Brian.
