I am writing to express my appreciation for Lynne, who works in your Derby Perfume shop in Derbion Centre, level 1. I visited the store today and between myself and my mother spent around £400 on perfume due to Lynnes expertise. Lynne stands out for her exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for her work.

Lynne has an impressive understanding of fragrances — she not only knows the products inside and out but also takes the time to understand what each customer is looking for. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her friendly, confident manner made the visit an enjoyable experience.

It’s rare to find someone who combines such expertise with such warmth and approachability. Lynne is a real credit to your team and an excellent representative of your brand.

Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to Lynne for the outstanding service she provides. There was also two other ladies besides Lynne, which were Mica and Ayesha I believe their names were, who was also smiling and friendly.

The store was a real asset to your brand. Well done on such a welcoming and friendly store. Which I will be shopping at again!

I was supporting a lady that loves perfumes. (She has LD) Diane took great care of her. Helped her find the perfect option that she really loved. She took time out to make sure her needs were met and made her feel very special. Thank you so much for your kindness. We truly appreciate it!!

Delivery was very quick and loved the items its just packaging wasn't enough sealed and left me worried about the items inside

Went into the store and straight away, attendants were very helpful, knowledgeable about the products and more than willing to help find you the perfect cologne. The lady helping me was new to the role and was absolutely lovely. She helped me find just what I wanted with a great deal!

Walked into the Derbion perfume shop on the top floor and was greeted by Holly Carla — what amazing customer service! I originally came in just to ask for a sample of Stronger With You, but Holly was so lovely and took the time to show me different fragrances that were similar, since I was also shopping for a new men’s perfume. She was warm, friendly, and made the whole experience feel really personal. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store and recommending it every time!
