Visited the Perfume shop, Cornmill Centre, Darlington, on Sunday 30/11/25.
My wife wanted to buy some perfume for Christmas, but was unsure of makes, deals etc. The member of staff -Sophie- was outstanding. Showed us our options, sold us ‘up’… we spent more than we would have.. ( good sales technique ..!) was a joy to talk to, made the whole experience painless. In short, she was exceptional. A credit to the store. We will return….

Great product, great price and very speedily delivered

I bought a perfume on-line for my wife's birthday, which arrived on the date advised. However, when my son took the delivery from the courier he told me to be careful as there was something rattling.
I carefully opened the box to find the chain and lid loose and when I tried to pish the lidvon the internal workings fell into the bottle.
I spoke to customer service via live chat and was advised to take the bottle back to the nearest shop, which is in Darlington. Although this is approx 15 miles away, I did that today (23rd November) only to find that they did not have a replacement. The assistant was, however, very helpful and agreed that the bottle was faulty with the neck of the bottle not straight and processed a refund for me.
I have since ordered a replacement, fir which I am keeping my fingers crossed comes in working order.

We visited Perfume Shop in Darlington Cornmill.We were greeted by a lady called Ann . Ann was most helpful from going in to leaving nothing was to much trouble. On finishing our purchases we had them wrapped with messages on the ribbons . Our experience was 100% plus

Went into the Cornhill shop to buy este'e lauder youth -dew ,was served by Sophie what great service I got told me about the promotions ,gave scratch card some samples she was very enthusiastic and a lovely manner,who ever employed her needs a pat on the back.

Fantastic Customer Service at the Cornmill Store, Bethany was so enthusiastic and seemed to know everything about different fragrances! Great conversations although she does play (Fake Darts)!

My parcel was an empty envelope when it should of been a 200ml bottle. Customer services are now telling me to wait 3-5 days from them to receive the parcel back from royal mail and then another 14 working days for a refund! Absolute joke.
