Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Perfume Shop in Bluewater shopping centre, thanks to Barbara! She went above and beyond to help us select the perfect perfume for our son’s birthday. Super lovely shop with really helpful staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and help you find the right product.
I went in today to get a birthday gift, and Hameedah showed an array of options. Once I found my gift, she gift wrapped for me, and it’s that touch which will make this present even more thoughtful. Hameedah was super friendly and professional, and I had a nice conversation with her and Princess, another associate, whilst I was at the till. They’re both really lovely and a credit to the team!
