I visited the perfume shop in Blackpool today (15th February) and was served by the lovely Charlotte. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and even persuaded me to treat myself to the 100ml bottle🙈 amazing service and prices will come again xx

Obviously pressed the wrong button…
Obviously pressed the wrong button instead of click and collect so this created some confusion. Took my order to the Blackpool store in Houndshill and a wonder lady called Tracy managed everything for me. Fab service will definitely use this store again.

What a lovely member of staff
Visited Perfume Shop at Boundary Mill on Wednesday they ordered an after shave to be delivered to my home in Blackpool. Quickly delivered on Friday. Unfortunately one of the fragrances was wrong, so I went to the branch in Blackpool with my receipt and the product concerned. The Young lady Magda was so helpful they had the one I wanted in stock and exchanged it. Not only was she helpful but also so polite and served me and my wife with a smile. She is a credit to your company Perfume Shop.
