Top notch service by Shenaz
Top notch service by Shenaz. I walked in with my kids to get just one perfume (Armani code), but I ended up getting two others in addition. Warm, accommodating and professional staff.

You only sent 1 box when i ordered two
You only sent 1 box when i ordered two. I sent you all the photos and what i received in the parcel. You did not send ne the missing box. Bad customer service and now I am out of pocket. First time ordering will no doubt now be my last. Which was a shame as this was a good offer.
Too add they did indeed send the missing box out which was a good resolution in the end. Id probably use them again and accept that mistakes can happen. Thanks for sorting this out for me.

Hello David,
I am sincerely sorry to hear about your experience, particularly as this was your first time shopping with us. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive only one of the two boxes you had ordered and then have to contact us with photos to try to resolve this.
Having looked into your case, I am pleased to see that our team has now arranged for the missing item to be resent to you on a Next Day Delivery service.
I hope you were happy with the resolution provided and that the replacement arrived safely. Thank you for your patience while we worked to put this right, and please accept my sincere apologies again for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Jasmyn
