Has 1st class service from Lianne at Ashford shopping outlook centre.. perfume I wanted she assured me that they could post it to me and within 3 days the perfume arrive great customer service..

i wanted to leave a special thank you to sophia for making our visit such a lovely experience. from the moment we came in, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. she took the time to help us find the perfect perfume, answered all of our questions with so much patience, and never made us feel rushed. you can really tell she cares about her customers and loves what she does.

it’s rare to come across someone who is not only so knowledgeable but also so thoughtful and friendly. sophia’s kindness and enthusiasm made our day, and we left with exactly what we were looking for because of her help. she is a real credit to the shop, and i hope she gets the recognition she truly deserves. thank you so much, sophia, for going above and beyond. we’ll definitely be back because of you!

Reading the review left this morning genuinely broke my heart.
I've been shopping in this store for a long time, and every single experience I've had has been nothing but positive. The team are always welcoming, kind, and happy to help. I've never once felt judged or unwelcome, which is why I felt so upset reading such a personal review about a member of staff.

We all have different experiences, and everyone is entitled to share their opinion. However, what I found really difficult to read were the comments about this young woman's appearance. Saying she looks like "a 10-year-old boy", commenting on her hair, her clothes, and saying she has a "dead-end job" goes far beyond reviewing customer service. Imagine being that person and reading those words about yourself. None of us know what someone else is going through, and comments like that can have a lasting impact.

From what was written, the assistant answered the customer's question by directing them to where the perfume was, allowing them to browse. If she then asked the customer not to go into an area around the tills or behind the counter, that seems like she was simply doing her job. Those areas are there for safety and security, and staff have every right to politely ask customers not to enter them.
What also saddened me was seeing "Be Kind" written at the end of a review that contained so many personal insults. Kindness should apply to everyone, including the people who spend their days serving us. Retail staff deserve to be treated with the same respect we expect for ourselves.

I also don't think it's fair to tell people to avoid Ashford Outlet altogether because of one experience. That doesn't just affect one shop—it affects the many hardworking people across the outlet who take pride in what they do.

To the team at this perfume shop, if you happen to read this, please know that there are many customers like me who appreciate you. Thank you for always making me feel welcome and for the kindness you've shown over the years. One review doesn't define the wonderful service I've consistently received, and I'll continue to shop with confidence because I know how caring and helpful you all are.

Sometimes the kindest thing we can do is remember that the person behind the counter is a human being with feelings. I hope this review reminds people of that.

The team who worked at The Perfume Shop (Ashford Outlet) during the “Damages Sale Event” this evening were absolutely incredible. Char was very patient when giving lots of testers out for my mum and I, and chatted with us throughout our time at the shop. The other staff (didn’t see their names anywhere, sorry!) were lovely, super helpful, and attentive :) Thank you!

I had a really good experience while shopping in Ashford Outlet store. Sophia and Teejay were very helpful, friendly and patient. They helped me to choose right perfume for my brother and did not hesitate to let me try lots of perfume to find the one. I ended up buying for myself 30ml perfume plus travel size. It was very kind of them to give a free goodie bag on my purchase. Overall, I am extremely pleased with their outstanding service. Thank you again.

Ashford perfume shop is a very good store and very helpful specifically Charlotte, Alana, Esme and Lianne. Had an issue with a refund however it was quickly resolved for me and kindly compensated for my trouble! Amazing team so friendly and very happy with the service 💙

Im Really pissed off bought 3 perfumes got home 2 of them was good 3rd opened it it was half used no lid.. drove back 30miles they told me they never had that experience.. I need to contact through email get replacement to home address.They responded to the email saying go back to store for change or refund so I travelled 60 miles because of people dont know how to do there job properly I never had experience like that.

Sales Assistant was very informative and was able to order the perfume I wanted straight to my home - I didn't even realise this was an option in store!!
Sale prices were also very good for some of the perfums I was interested in

Helpful staff::Your Shop didn’t have any in..but they were lovely and very helpful..ordered the perfume I wanted and had it delivered to my house..only took two days..wonderful service..👍👍

Great customer servicing skills. Lady at the till was very helpful and suggested she could order me online at a reduced price and can be delivered at home. The perfume arrived on time.

We visited The Perfume Shop in Ashford International and were helped by Olivia and Alana who were soooo helpful, professional and made the experience of spending my hard earned money fun. I wasn't sure on what to buy my nephew and with their help I left feeling I definitely bought the right one and confident he'll love it. Also it was a very good price.

I was at the perfume shop at Ashford outlet and the two young females who was working on Wednesday 19th Nov were absolutely fabulous and so helpful
The were really patient with me and my two friend.
They were extra friendly and chatting to us and two other customers at the same time. So it felt warm and friendly rather than mechanical.
A real credit to the perfume shop. And I will be going back there to buy all my fragrance gifts for Christmas. Just because of the way they made us feel. Five star customer service ladies.

Went into the store wanting to buy a favourite perfume of mine which is floral and have received numerous compliments on, but then saw another perfume which I really liked but was hesitant about. I believe the colleague I asked was called TJ and he was extremely helpful in helping me compare the two. As they were on discount I ended up getting both! Considering he was new to the store he was amazing and very professional.
