Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Can I please leave a review about this shop and also the companys employee called Penny in the Bon Accord centre in Aberdeen. Everytime I have visited this premises, Penny has always made me feel made very welcome, she is polite professional and I think is a total asset to this company. She always brightens my day when I visit and also helps me decide what aftershave or perfume for my wife to purchase. Penny's customer service skills are second to none.The other staff are great too and would also like to mention their professionalism and commitment to the company also. Thank you Michael

Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff, did not have what I required in stock so assistant looked up nearest store which also had no stock.
She then found it online and it was ordered and delivered in 3 days with free postage.
Bed prices in town, will definitely be back
