Manageable easy changes with noticeable quick changes
I booked a consultation with Jodie after a relatively recent PCOS diagnosis and was feeling stuck and doing what I could on my own. Within 3 weeks of meeting with Jodie and making easy and manageable changes to my diet, my energy was up, the brain fog was clearing, my period pain was very minimal for once. My hair also stopped shedding which I’d been battling for 3-4 years and the doctors put down to stress. It’s now approximately 12 weeks since my first meeting with Jodie and my energy is consistent, I’m less irritable, I’m more productive at work. I’m managing 3-4 workouts consistently after teaching now without wiping me out. For a long time I couldn’t function without 9-10 hours sleep and I’d sleep 11-12 hours on the weekends to compensate. I’m now sleeping 8-9 hours consistently each night, feeling great in the day and I have the energy to enjoy my weekends now. My weight has finally remained stable for a month and I’ve dropped an inch on my waist and the reduction in inflammation is noticeable (my jeans do up again!). Im really starting to feel like myself again. I’m so glad I booked that initial consultation with Jodie, I didn’t think I’d see so many changes so quickly with doing super manageable and easy changes.
