We have used this company many times in the past, but won’t be doing so again.

Communications were poor. Mostly limited to a once a week, three line email.

Numerous deadlines were missed, some through in an inability to negotiate with other parties and some due to our solicitors lack of knowledge of their own company processes and availability.

We were informed of delayed exchange and completion on the day of completion, only after we had chased.

On numerous times we were told dates had been agreed, only to find out later they had been moved.

Not a smooth process, and did not feel like anyone was ‘in our corner’ so to speak.

Professional and friendly service . Jayraj and Alex are very informative and helped my with a very protracted transaction.

The team delivered excellent results within a very short timeframe without compromising on quality. They were highly professional, and clear in their communication throughout the entire process. I wanted to write a review about the handling of our sale. You were actually employed by our buyers. Our solicitor had everything ready after 3 months. Jade from this company took from 6th may to the end of November to complete on a simple one bed flat. She continually asked the same questions.At one point saying we were to complete in August it actually completed in November causing us to pay out extra mortgage payments on our property and even at the end was asking for proof of payments sent in July but because it had taken so long she asked again.
The modus opperandi seemed to be ask for information on a Friday evening and not reply till the end of the following week.
A total nightmare. Be very wary.

Having to use a non-user friendly portal that has many bugs. Virtually no explanations on how to use the portal. Uninformative reports. Most expensive solicitors in the area based on initial quotes. If it wasn't for the intervention of Faisal (thank you) giving regular detailed updates and guidance after I raised my concerns I would have moved to another company.

The sale of our property and the purchase of our new property went through quite quickly

This is the second time I use the membership to buy my property with the help of The Partnership which have provided an excellent service and have been always professional!

Their online portal to follow each step of the transaction is definitely a plus!!

I’ve used The Partnership several times now, most recently for the purchase of Wharfdale, and they continue to be excellent.

The whole team are experienced, approachable, and a real pleasure to deal with. Communication is clear, nothing feels like too much trouble, and their online portal makes the whole process far easier than traditional post.

I’m especially grateful to Ismail and Max, who were calm, patient, and hugely supportive when last-minute issues arose, stepping in at the eleventh hour to exchange and complete within just two days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Started off well, communication was poor in latter stages. We were told ready to exchange 3 weeks before the exchange and completion happened. It was then obvious to us that we were no where near ready at the earliest point!

Really positive. Probate sale that went very smoothly. The legal assistant (paralegal?) Joseph Stansfield in particular was excellent - responsive and giving pragmatic and sensible advice. The portal is great and easy to use (send messages, upload documents etc). Everything was wrapped up in 12 weeks which was quicker than I thought (probate sale). Thanks for all the hard work.

I have used The Partnership three times now, and as always they provide a professional and stress free service. You may pay a little more for their conveyancing, but it is worth every penny, given that you never need to chase, they are completely transparent and you can always see by logging onto the portal what stage you are at in the process. A great job, and would definitely recommend.
