A rather prolonged sale process, for various reasons, but dealt with in a professional manner. Kept fully up to speed and informed through their very good on line platform.

Great communication via online portal, weekly updates provided, and clear guidance throughout sale and purchase of property, with minimal delays caused by their handling

It was always easy to speak to one of the team.
I did have an issue as I had used The Partnership for my purchase of the now sold house.
There were queries coming from my buyers solicitors and the team were asking me the questions.
These questions the Partnership had asked when they did my conveyancing on the purchase. That was disappointing that wasn't picked up - saved me and them time.

Good service, buyer’s solicitor was very slow but The Partnership kept on top of it.

I was guided through the conveyancing process so that I understood what was required of me at any stage and provided with all documentation in paper form rather than on their portal as I do not have a computer. Personnel were always polite and patient.

The Staff at the Partnership were very accommodating and attentive to detail. My sale was quite difficult but all went smoothly and the desired end result achieved.

Good outfit and communicators.
Would use again no doubt.

Over the last 8 years I have used Partnership 4 times for 3 properties sales and one purchase. On the first 2 prior to 2025 I was really impressed.

The last 2 times have been over the last 12 months and I am sad to say both experiences have been pretty awful.

Shocking communication, challenges with every single process from administration through to completion. Too lengthy and complicated to include details in a review. However, both of these property sales were small one bedroom leasehold flats. Definitely not complicated large high value houses with long chains.

Despite complaining, virtually begging them to communicate more effectively and to get things right first time nothing changed. The last straw was on completion having provided bank details weeks before they refused to release the funds until they could get proof this was our account. The account was in our names and they had all the necessary information proving we were executors. I had told them I would be away during this period and they reiterated that they had everything they needed and as long as I could be contacted by phone it would be fine. But even at the final moment they created an unnecessary problem and refused to release the funds. With much effort and at 4.45pm we were able to get a bank statement and the funds were released. Just to clarify, I understand due diligence and compliance, what I don’t understand is why they would leave it until after completion to carry out their checks.

I am in the process of selling my own house now valued at a £1m and I can safely say I won’t be using The Partnership

Property so should have been a simple and straightforward transaction. In reality it took 16 weeks to complete. At the start it was mentioned 8 weeks no problem. I would not recommend this company!

My case was handled by Jayraj who was very competent and communicated very well. The portal was easy to navigate and the weekly updates helped keep the sale on track. Would 100% recommend the Partnership.

We had a great experience with The Partnership. The communication was frequent, and they took care of everything for us. It was a complicated deal, and they made it as easy as possible.

Great people to deal with and easy to get hold of on the phone. Updates provided on a regular basis so we knew where we were at all times.

We opted for the Partnership over cheaper online-only solicitors for our leasehold flat purchase, but were disappointed with the service.
- We had one solicitor when buying, one for completion and then another for subsequent stuff, all equally slow and non-communicative. We made the mistake of trusting they were doing things promptly, and then realised it was our end that things were being held up and the whole process took way longer than it needed to. We ended up having to chase continuously just for things to get done.
- We highlighted when we first instructed them that we needed one specific document from the sellers to buy the flat, two months in they casually mentioned that the sellers didn't have said document, and then didn't get back to us for two days despite us repeatedly chasing and making it clear how imperative and urgently it needed to be resolved for us to be able to go through with the purchase.
- The portal is good for receiving documents and sending messages, but the process and payment trackers aren't kept up to date.
- We're having to go to a different solicitor to get our Deed of Trust as they only offer basic ones, which wasn't mentioned initially.
