It was my first time to a consultantancy. Ritika is our Parenting community Consultant. I approached her for my son's boarding school and issues we were facing of his behaviour changes as he is stepping into next stage of his life . She patiently hear my problems and addressed me to the better solutions .She was kind and supportive as I am very emotional person she waited and calmed me so we together can come up with a great approach .

I have been following advice and guidance of academy's experts for the last two months (appx.) and finally my son has started eating food without watching phone. I mean seriously he has left watching phone while having all the meals of the day and that too within 10-14 days. I faced challenges but as advised by members that your kid will show tantrums for initial 10-15 days, he did all those things but I succeeded in my mission of Phone less Meals🙏😃. I really wanna say thanks to all who helped me and guided me so well.

The group is an amazing support group with helpful, directed advice, and not generic responses that are usually out there. Especially for me, a working mother with an active and kind child, I couldnt understand certain behavioural issues and was feeling overwhelmed. Just having a forum to speak with, and share anxieties and reading others who are similary sharing is in itself a big relief. Further more, taking the advice of Ritika, it helped me and my child so much, and we are more happy and are able to focus on so many more things, and it has created a happy environment at home too!. Joining this group is the best decision I have made!!! and would recommend to everyone who is a parent.

I am a parent of an 11-year-old and have followed Ritika and her work for the past 6 years. Her role in my parenting journey has been nothing less than a blessing. I have been dealing with severe health issues for many many years now, and hence, having a guiding light like her equips me with the relevant tools as a parent.

I really liked that the sessions gave nuggets of information/ strategy which are easy to implement.
The timings were also convenient keeping in mind working parents.
The sessions also helped me connect with other moms and gave an open forum to discuss questions and concerns which I had about parenting. It was really eye opening and comforting to hear from more experienced parents on various aspects.

We had 3 days of power packed boot camp by the parent Academy a community that Ritika has built. As part of the parent academy i felt compelled to express how just impactful it has been for me. Growing up many of us weren't fortunate to recieve guidance that was informed or mindful and our parents did the best they could. But today the scenario is totally different...we live in a world of information overload and not knowing who to take advice from. Hence after much analysis, I found The parent - Academy is one such platform which has a wealth of knowledge in the form of self paced courses,engaging podcasts and inspiring short stories and so much more for parents and children.Ritika takes up current and relevant topics around parenting but also focuses on traditional wisdom.It is heartening to see that parents today can benifit from such insightful and authentic guidances and hand holding. It is a holistic approach where both parents and children can both attend the classes together as it is designed in such a manner. I have decided to be a forever member of this academy and yes I urge parents of all age who have issues with their children to come here to clear all their doubts on parenting and I'm sure you're going to love it as much as I do and your children will indeed thankyou as well.yes let's all join hands in making our children A best version of themselves.And I'm sure you're going to enjoy a stress free parenting after joining this course. I found it to be perfect bite sized insights into challenges around parenting and looking intrinsically to find answers and develop conscious parenting skills.
